Hello penguins! As you may know, a Club Penguin moderator named Spike Hike has took the place of Billybob.
After scrolling through people's tweets on Twitter, and looking through accounts, I noticed someone named Tool Toble.
We have not confirmed if this moderator is real or not, but until then, I am going to be looking at his tweets, and investigating.
